have been practised the job of leading planner since , i was responsible for establishment of detailed construction schedules for the different disciplines of the project (structure wbs/obs, hourly budget, pert network, human/material/tools resources assignment) according contractual commitments. integration of all engineering and procurement schedules in the master epc schedule and insurance of interface with the client and the different sub contractors. establishment of the preliminary production plan (estimate and periodic apportionment of man hours, resources and physical progress, target schedule (baseline) and associated histograms & s curves). treatment of daily production reports and coordination with the different project departments for updating schedules during works performing. analysis of schedule performance according the baseline and the contractual schedule using the critical path method (cpm). control of the project schedule by piloting indicators & reports and recommendation of corrective actions in case of drift relatively initial objectives. reporting for project manager and client (writing of weekly and monthly progress reports). participation at the different internal/external work and progress meetings (with the client and sub contractors). have good skills in projects estimate, budgeting and cost control. capability of elaboration, implementation and maintenance of a project scheduling process (procedures and forms).
